Saturn in Aquarius Comix

This series was originally just something extra for me to do during early COVID lockdown after I'd been laid off from my day job, but ended up becoming a six-part series documenting the ringed planet's trip thru my Sun sign! You can sort of use it as a companion piece to Saturn in Capricorn Comix, as there is a bit of overlap between the two.

Saturn first entered Aquarius in late March of 2020, before popping back into Capricorn until December of that year, where it stayed until March 2023. Along with comics, sketches, and written journal entries, each contains lists of astrological transits for the period of months the book covers. Honestly, not necessary to know or care about astrology to read these, but if you DO have an interest, it's sort of a fun tool to check se how various transits showed up.

#1 (March-June '20)- COVID lockdown and surgery delay, feelings on presentation and 'passing', reflection on trancestors, death of a family member, the uprising, and more!

#2 (Jan-July '21)- Going back to the day job, friends moving away, and visiting family in Indiana.

#3 (Aug/Sept '21)- Rescuing a crow from our yard, drawings from the first show I'd been to in YEARS, and realizing I have ADHD.

#4 (Dec '21-March '22)- Back to Indiana for xmas, hourly comic day, visiting friends in Washington, getting a (pretty cool!) desk job, and stuff going weirdly, very...good...

#5 (April-July '22)- My ADHD diagnosis, work anxieties, and bike adventures!

#6 (Sept '22- March '23)- Starting medication, weddings, learning more about astrology, applying to grad school, (another) hourly comic day, and ANOTHER new day job!

Each zine is quarter size with varying page counts. #1 and #6 are about 60 pages, with the rest being in the 20-30 pages range. Black and white interiors and full color covers, hand bound.
